Vincent C. Brown, 81, of Vermont, died at 7:40 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, 1980, in the Culbertson Memorial Hospital at Rushville.
He was born Sept. 6, 1898, in Eldorado Township, a son of Andrew and Inez (Cook) Brown. He married Francis Aten June 8, 1947, in Astoria.
She survives, along with one brother, Clayton and one sister, Mrs. Verna Price, both of Vermont and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Brown had been the owner of the Vermont Oil Co. for 55 years and was a World War II veteran, having served in the Army Air Corps.
Graveside services were held Monday afternoon at the Vermont Cemetery.
