MAXINE ELIZABETH (CARRICK) BADER

Wife of Vermont Businessman Dies

Mrs. Maxine Elizabeth Bader, lifetime resident of Vermont, died at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Mason District hospital in Havana following a year’s illness.

She was born Jan. 21, 1909, in Rushville, the daughter of George E. and Alda (Clark) Carrick. She was married to B. B. Bader, president of Bader and Company, on Aug. 5, 1943, in Kewanee.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Helen Hirschberg, of Hamilton, Ohio.

Mrs. Bader was a member of the Christian church.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday afternoon in the Christian church with Rev. Joseph Driscoll of Petersburg officiating. Burial was in the Vermont cemetery.
