Word came to Astoria Monday of the death of Mrs. Hanna Furnace-Bruck, who died at a Los Angeles, Calif., hospital Sunday afternoon, with double pneumonia and heart trouble. The death of her son Adam was reported in this paper last week. She had assisted in caring for him and thus contracted the disease. Mrs. Bruck is a sister of Mrs. J. E. Hibbs of Astoria and T. M. Furnace of Vermont.
