ELLIOTT — Mrs. George Burgess of Kansas, was called here on account of the death of her father, John Vaughn. She was taken very ill with pneumonia at her brother-in-law’s, David Weese of Ipava and passed away Saturday night about midnight. The time of the funeral has not been announced at this writing, as her husband, Mr. George Burgess has not arrived yet.
