Robert Ray Baxter was born July 2, 1899, and died Aug. 14, 1902. His little body was brought for interment in Astoria cemetery by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Baxter, from their home in Canton, Ill. Funeral services were conducted Saturday at 10 a.m. at the home of Mr. France, by Rev. D. E. Baer, assisted by Rev. J. W. Carpenter.
