BENJAMIN BARRON

Benjamin Barron

Benj. Barron, an aged farmer residing in Schuyler county, five miles west of Vermont, was found lying forty rods from his home by the roadside, dead. He had left the house to go for the cows and his unusual stay alarmed the family, who, upon discovering his body, at once dispatched for a doctor. The cause of death was believed to be heart disease. A coroner’s inquest is to be held to determine the cause of death today. — Vermont Eye

Found Dead in the Road.

VERMONT — On Wednesday evening of last week Benjamin Barron, who lives five miles southwest of here in Schuyler county, started from his residence in apparently good health to bring up the cows. He was absent so long the family became alarmed and started out to hunt for him. He was found about forty rods from the residence under a tree by the roadside where he had fallen dead, supposed to have been caused by heart trouble of which he complained of at time.
