Died, at his home in Jeffersonville, Illinois, Mart C. Burrows, aged sixty years, six months and nine days. His death occurred on Friday September 15th and was caused by convulsions, resulting from congestion of the spinal nerves and brain.
He was born at Freeport, Ohio, on March 6th, 1833, moved to Astoria with his parents in 1838 where he continually lived until in the spring of 1892 when he removed with his family to Jeffersonville. The funeral occurred at that place on Sunday, September 17th.
