He was born Oct. 12, 1963, a son of Ronald and Gloria Bull Allard Sr. He married Jessica Kay Taylor on March 21, 1992, in Pekin. She survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Lacey Allard of Peoria and Mariah (and Tyson McGinnis) Allard of Astoria; two sisters, Monica (and Michelle) Kline of Saint David and Mendy Allard of Virginia, Ill.; two brothers, Kevin (and Kelly) Allard and Tad (and Amiee) Allard, both of Canton; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Madison Marie Allard.
He was an auto mechanic and truck driver.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. A Celebration of Life will be held later this summer. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria is in charge of arrangements.
