Justin Ryan Abernathy, infant son of Joshua and Amy Baker Abernathy of Prairie City died at 1:45 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, at McDonough District Hospital.
He was born earlier in the day at home.
Surviving are his parents of Prairie City; one brother, Aaron Baker at home; grandparents LeRoy and Nancy Baker of Ray; grandmother Janice Abernathy of Good Hope; and three great-grandparents, Frances Baker of Cuba, Bill Smith of Vermont, Ill., and Treva Wells of Bushnell.
Graveside services were held this afternoon at Prairie City Cemetery. Martin Hollis Funeral Home in Bushnell was in charge of arrangements.
