Esther Jean Archdale, 65, of Macomb, died at 11:35 a.m. at the Sprucewood Healthcare Center in Macomb.
She was born Jan. 15, 1931 in McDonough County, a daughter of David and Rachel Crowe Allen.
Surviving are four sons, David Shaffer of Canton, Robert Bryant of Bartonville, Terry Archdale of Lewistown and Donald Archdale of Canton; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Nancy Wheeler of Good Hope; and one brother, Hansford Allen of Galesburg.
She was preceded in death by one brother.
She was a member of the Astoria Christian Church.
Graveside services were held Tuesday at the Astoria Cemetery with Rev. Gary Sheets officiating.
Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria was in charge of arrangements.
