IPAVA — Monday, March 10, Lincoln Anderson came to his death decided by a coroner’s jury, from uremic poisoning. Although the man was run over by a T. R. and W. freight train near Seville, it is thought he was dead when struck. He was lying on the tracks with groceries in his arms he had purchased at Smithfield. Mr. Anderson was born and raised north of here and has many relatives and friends who are grieved to hear of his death.

Lincoln Anderson, son of Robert and Nancy Morgan Anderson was born 66 years ago near Bernadotte where he lived most of his life, moving to Seville a few years ago. He was never married. He was the youngest of a family of twelve children. Sisters living are: Mrs. Myron Wheeler and Mrs. Robert Pickering of Smithfield vicinity. Sisters preceding him in death are: Mrs. Martha Drummond, Mrs. Sarah Stevenson and Mrs. Paulina Green. One brother James of York, Nebr., is living. Brothers deceased are: John, Reuben, Robert. Two sisters died in infancy.

A short funeral service was conducted at the Randall cemetery, Wednesday where burial was made.
