VERMONT — Frank Anney, aged 70 years and who has been an invalid for the past two years, died at his home in this place one day recently. He was a native of Ireland; came to this country when a lad of fourteen, landing in New Orleans. He served in the war of the Rebellion in Co. F., 11th Reg., Ill. Vol.
