We accept customer mailing list files or maintain the mailing list for the customer.  Before addressing, the mailing list must be processed by our CASS certified software.  Each address is matched to a national Zip+4 database.  This software presorts your mailing list to take advantage of as many automation and non-automation discounts as are cost effective for your mailing.

Our software system generates all required reports for your Periodical or Standard Class mailing. This paperwork is required by the U.S. Postal Service whether your mailing is entered here in Astoria or delivered via our company trucks to another Post Office or Sort Center.
