Our inserting machine allows us to combine multiple sections of a newspaper product or to add inserts, ranging from single sheets to bound booklets, into an unbound newspaper product. An inline inkjet addressing module (shown below) allows the product to be inserted and addressed in one efficient operation. |

We use an inkjet addressing module to spray the mailing address and barcode directly on the inserted piece. At the delivery, pieces are bundled and placed directly into U.S. Postal Service mail sacks. Skids of such mail sacks are loaded directly onto U.S. Postal Service trucks at our plant and entered as Periodical or Standard Class Mail. |

Bound products, with or without glossy covers are addressed on a mailing base which is separate from the inserting base. The infrared dryer mounted on this mailing base assures that the ink of the address and barcode are dry before they are bundled and placed into mail bags. This is important when glossy paper is used. |

We also maintain an addressing machine which applies paper labels for backup purposes and additional versatility. |
