He was born May 3, 1962, in Canton, a son of Dickie R. and Carol M. Shirley Wilcoxen. He married Anastasia Slater on Feb. 7, 1982, in Maples Mills. She survives.
Also surviving are his mother of Bushnell; two children, Delson Wilcoxen of Ipava and Jherica (and Jamin) Jones of Smithfield; one brother, Richard (and Christine) Wilcoxen of Avon; and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his father and paternal grandparents, Raymond and Marie Wilcoxen.
He was a farmer and a member of Fulton County Farm Bureau.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton with Rev. Greg Ogle officiating. Burial will be at Salem-Wilcoxen Cemetery in rural Bryant.
