He was born July 29, 1915, in Astoria, the son of Hart and Sara Wilson.
Surviving are two daughters, Judith Pratt and Margaret Cramer; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was a graduate of Astoria High School.
He worked for the Fairbury Hongger Mill and was a carpenter.
He was a member of Apache Junction Elk Lodge and Fairbury Masonic Lodge and was a Shriner.
No services will be held. Burial will be in Strawn Cemetery. Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center-Speedway in Indianapolis is in charge of arrangements.
