He was born Feb. 12, 1970, in Findlay, Ohio, a son of Harry and Margie Lusk Slayter.
Surviving are his mother of Findlay; fiancee, Laura Whiteman of Macomb and her sons, Jacob and Matthew Price and Tyler Robinson; five sisters, Norma, Linda, Becky, Janet and Kathy; five brothers, Ralph, Bill, Bryan, Bobby and Jimmy; and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He was of Christian faith.
Services were held Thursday at the Whiteman residence. Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Cuba was in charge of arrangements.
