Emma Jo Shelby, infant daughter of Troy and Brandi Ford Shelby of Decatur, formerly of Lewistown, died at 3:21 p.m. Dec. 29, 2008, at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Surviving are one twin brother, Blake Anthony Shelby; grandparents, Gary (and Marjorie) Shelby of Fairview and Henry Alan (and Sue) Ford of Lewistown; great-grandparents, Kenneth (and Alice) Shelby of Maples Mills, Maxine Ford of Smithfield and Richard (and Beverly) Hitchcock of Desloge, Mo.; aunts and uncles, Ryan Shelby of Champaign, Tanya Ford of Chicago and April (and Terry) Covey of Canton; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Private family services were held Saturday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Pastor Stacey Brohard officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown.
