Jack Eugene Shoop, 73, of Cuba died at 8:20 a.m. April 5, 2007, at Clayberg Nursing Home in Cuba.
He was born May 14, 1933, in Canton, a son of Willis Lee and Hazel Elizabeth Eshelman Shoop.
Surviving are one brother, John C. (and Vicki) of LaPorte, Ind.; one sister, Carolyn M. (and Gary) Jacobus of Cuba; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Patricia.
Services were held Monday at Cuba United Methodist Church with Rev. Joe Tomich officiating. Cremation was accorded. Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Cuba was in charge of arrangements.
