She was born Sept. 30, 1924, in Murphysboro, a daughter of Earl and Julia McRoy Marshall. She married Eugene Benton Ragle on Feb. 5, 1946, in Murphysboro. He preceded her in death on Dec. 16, 2005.
She also was preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers.
Surviving are one son, Randy (and Janice) Ragle of Mountain Home, Ark.; two daughters, Vicky (and Mark) Leinweber of Mason City and Nancy (and Brad) Stortzum of Crystal Lake; one sister, Vera Mae (and Carl) Ragle of Tamms; 8 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was a homemaker.
She attended Grace Bible Church in Astoria.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria. Burial will be in Summum Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services on Saturday.
