C. Paul McKenzieC. Paul McKenzie, 78, of Lewistown died at 10:32 p.m. Feb. 4, 2009, at Graham Hospital.

He was born Sept. 18, 1930, in Edina, Mo., a son of James A. and Mary O’Rouke McKenzie. He married Annabeth Kelley on Nov. 18, 1950, in Riverside, Calif. She died May 16, 2002.

He also was preceded in death by one son, Jeffery McKenzie; and one granddaughter, Miranda McKenzie.

Surviving are one son, Chris McKenzie of Peoria; two daughters, Deborah (and Kim) Grosclaude of Havana and Tricia (and Clayton) Hughes of Lewistown; one brother, Charles “Buck” (and Margaret) McKenzie of Lewistown; two sisters, Helen Caprancia of Metamora and Madeline (and Bob) Stutsman of Missouri; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

He had worked as an electrician and appliance repairman.

He was a Korean Conflict veteran serving in the Air Force.

He was of Catholic faith.

Services were held Saturday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown.
