Thomas Malovrh, 96, of Astoria died at 2:45 a.m. June 12, 2008, at Astoria Gardens & Rehab Center.
He was born Feb. 2, 1912, in Jesenice, Yugoslavia, a son of Tomaz and Alojzija Weinberger Malovhr. He married Erica Malovhr and then Grace Malovhr. Both have preceded him in death.
Surviving are one son and grandchildren, all in Slovenia.
He was a locksmith and machinist.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Astoria Gardens & Rehab Center with Monsignor Robert O’Conner officiating. Cremation rites have been accorded. Shawgo Memorial Home in Ipava is in charge of arrangements.
