Helen Frazier Krout, 99, of Mission Viejo, Calif., died Nov. 19, 2002.
She was born Aug. 27, 1903, in Astoria Township, a daughter of Daniel Swan and Sarah Louise Renner Frazier. She married Donahue Krout on Nov. 3, 1922. He preceded her in death.
She also was preceded in death by four sisters and three brothers.
Surviving are one son, Donahue L. Krout of Laguna Woods, Calif.; one granddaughter, Carolyn Marsh of Kittery, Maine; two great-granddaughters; and several local great-nieces and nephews, including Heather Crabtree Norton of Havana; and Dr. Frank Goudy, Dr. Blair Frazier and Joe Cash, all of Macomb.
She was a graduate of Vermont High School. She and her husband moved to California shortly after their wedding. They last visited family in Fulton County in 1984.
She was a member of the Ebelle Club.
Interment was in California.
