IPAVA — Died, in Ipava, Oct. 8th, of anemial debility, Mrs. Martha Kost, age sixty-two years. Deceased was the wife of Solomon Kost, an honorable and respected citizen in the domestic circle and elsewhere. Her maiden name was Martha McHenry and they were married in Vermont in 1852. She was born in Ohio and came with her parents to this state when but a child. In this union four children were born, all of which are living to mourn a mother’s loss. The family have the sympathy of the entire community in their sad bereavement. Rev. Wasmuth preached the funeral services from the late residence and remains buried in the Ipava cemetery.
