She was born April 12, 1971, in Canton, a daughter of Lawrence J. and Nita Keene Graham. She first married Rodney Lindsey. She later married Mike Jockisch on Aug. 24, 2006, in Lewistown. He survives.
Also surviving are her mother, Nita Hughes of Liverpool; three daughters, Amber (and Christopher) Lindsey-Stoneking, Kayleigh Lindsey and Emily Graham, all of Lewistown; one brother, Jeffrey Graham of Lewistown; two stepbrothers, Clayton (and Trisha) Hughes of Lewistown and Jimmy Hughes of Illinois; three half-sisters, Diana Pemberton, Sherry Graham and Peggy Ogden, all of Havana; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence J. Graham; her stepfather, James E. Hughes; and her paternal and maternal grandparents.
She was an LPN formerly of Prairieview Care Center where she held positions as ADON and MDS Care Plan coordinator.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Reverend Larry Wright officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown.
