Dena K. Johnson, 37, of Macomb died at 12:36 a.m. Monday, April 17, 2006, at OSF St. Francis Hospital in Peoria.
She was born March 12, 1969, in Havana.
Surviving are one daughter, Dawn Hunkeapillar of Ipava; Jeff Ridge of Macomb, with whom she made her home; and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Erma Dennis.
She was a member of the Vineyard Church in Macomb.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Kost Memorial Home in Vermont, where visitation will be one hour prior to services. Burial will be in Barker Cemetery in Table Grove.
Memorials may be made to OSF St. Francis Hospital.
