Alma M. Ingles, 93, of South Bend, Ind., formerly of Beardstown died Nov. 10, 2010, at Rittenhouse Senior Living Center in Indianapolis, Ind.
She was born July 15, 1917, in Beardstown, a daughter of William Burton and Alma (Dodds) Gabbert. She married Robert Ingles on Dec. 23, 1939, in Palmyra, Mo. He preceded her in death on Aug. 23, 2005.
She also was preceded in death by four brothers, Thomas, Clarence, George and Glen Gabbert; and one sister, Bessie Gabbert.
Surviving are two daughters, Janet Katterheinrich of South Bend and Beverly (and Greg) Beczkiewicz of Indianapolis, Ind.; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of different pinochle and bunco clubs.
Services were held Tuesday at Wood Funeral Home in Rushville with Pastor Mike Cahill officiating. Burial was in Rushville City Cemetery.
