Donald Cusac

Donald Allen Cusac, 57, of Browning, formerly of Peoria, died at 7:36 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2002, at Culbertson Memorial Hospital in Rushville.

He was born Oct. 10, 1944, in LaSalle, a son of Irwin and Gladys B. Harvey Cusac. He married Karen Donahue on Sept. 3, 1979, in Nauvoo. She survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Kimberly (and Stephen) Bergquist of Washington, and Jodi (and Thomas) Nimmo of Morton; one son, Joe of Peoria; one stepdaughter, Jerie Lynn (and Russ) Chambers of Pekin; one stepson, Danny (and Becky) Riekena of Mapleton; one sister, Patricia Glossick of Bartonville; two brothers, Irwin (and Joan) of Shediac, New Brunswick, Canada, and Bert (and Shirley) of Creve Coeur; and four granddaughters.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

He worked out of Carpenters Union Local 183 in Peoria for more than 35 years, retiring Jan. 1.

No services were held. Cremation was accorded. Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel was in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be made to Browning Fire Dept. and Rescue Squad.
