Tim Alexander, 49, of Huntsville, formerly of Springfield, died at 10:25 a.m. March 19, 2016, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born Sept. 23, 1966, in Springfield, a son of Charles Joseph and Linda E. Wahl Alexander.
Surviving are his mother, Linda McKenna of Huntsville; two uncles, Larry Wahl of Springfield and Loren Yocom of Riverton; one half-brother, Jim McKenna of Phoenix, Ariz.; one stepbrother, Edward (and Jolynn) McKenna of Phoenix; and one stepsister, Debra (and Brian) Beatty of Byron.
He was preceded in death by his father; and one stepbrother, William McKenna.
He was a 1984 graduate of Riverton High School. He worked at Henry’s Appliance in Springfield and was an auto mechanic at various auto repair businesses.
A memorial visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the Wood Funeral Home in Rushville.
