Six glue sticks; two boxes of Crayola crayons (no jumbo crayons); 20 number two pencils (no recycled pencils, yellow only); four boxes/bags of crackers, cereal, pretzels or fruit snacks; one box Kleenex; four Expo dry erase markers (Expo brand only); four highlighters (any color); four Mr. Clean magic erasers; tennis shoes for PE, no ties; one container Clorox wipes; one box colored pencils; two boxes Crayola washable markers. Clearly mark child’s name on the following supplies: one zipper pencil pouch (clear front and holes on side); one pair scissors (metal, Fiskars brand); eight heavy picture-type pocket folders; one small set headband-style headphones (no earbuds); one change of clothes in a large Ziploc bag including socks and underwear; one Mead Primary Journal creative story tablets (the page has a place to draw on top and lines below to write). FIRST GRADE

Label the following: one pair scissors; four sturdy folders; two black and white composition notebooks; six large glue sticks; two 24-pack Crayola crayons; two 10-pack Crayola Classic color markers; one pair PE shoes; two pink erasers; one zippered pencil pouch; one package mechanical pencils, 0.9mm lead; two 0.9mm mechanical pencil lead refills. Do not label the following: one pkg. of four black dry erase markers; one pkg. 3x5 index cards; boys bring one gallon Ziploc bags; girls bring sandwich Ziploc bags; one bottle Germ X; one container Clorox wipes; Magic Eraser, found in household cleaning supplies; two boxes Kleenex; four boxes of crackers, cereal, pretzels, etc.; one pkg. coffee filters.

SECOND GRADE

Four boxes of 24 crayons; one pair scissors; one non-plastic binder pouch; two highlighters, yellow or pink; two magic erasers and two dry erase markers; one pair PE shoes; five pocket folders; one pkg. loose-leaf paper; 12 glue sticks; three boxes Kleenex; four pink erasers; one canister of Clorox disinfecting wipes; one set headphones; 24 number two lead pencils to share; two notebooks. Clearly mark your child’s name on all supplies.

THIRD GRADE

36 yellow pencils, no mechanical pencils; four boxes of 24 crayons; 10 glue sticks; one pair scissors; four boxes (24) colored pencils; two large erasers; two pkgs. loose-leaf wide-ruled notebook paper; three two-pocket sturdy folders, not plastic; one pair PE shoes; three boxes Kleenex; one non-plastic pencil pouch; one set of headphones or earbuds; one sturdy one- and one-half-inch binder; two highlighters; one container Clorox wipes. No Trapper Keepers.

FOURTH GRADE

FIFTH GRADE

One-inch clear-view three-ring binder; one zippered binder pouch, non-plastic; two heavy picture-type folders; 24 pencils to begin first quarter (no mechanical pencils); one eraser or pencil cap erasers; two glue sticks; one box Kleenex; one box colored pencils; two different colored highlighters; one pkg. loose-leaf wide-ruled paper; one pair scissors; two composition notebooks; one bottle hand sanitizer; one container Clorox wipes; one pair PE shoes, must have; five 3x3 post it notepads.

JUNIOR HIGH

MRS. HACKMAN 6, 7, 8 GRADE MATH SUPPLIES
