Clearly mark child’s name on the following supplies: one zipper pencil pouch (clear front and holes on side); one pair scissors (metal, Fiskars brand); eight heavy picture-type pocket folders; one small set headband-style headphones (no earbuds); one change of clothes in a large Ziploc bag including socks and underwear; one Mead Primary Journal creative story tablets (the page has a place to draw on top and lines below to write). FIRST GRADE

Do not label the following: one pkg. of four black dry erase markers; one pkg. 3x5 index cards; boys bring one gallon Ziploc bags; girls bring sandwich Ziploc bags; one bottle Germ X; one container Clorox wipes; Magic Eraser, found in household cleaning supplies; two boxes Kleenex; four boxes of crackers, cereal, pretzels, etc.; one pkg. coffee filters.


SECOND GRADE

Four boxes of 24 crayons; one pair scissors; one non-plastic binder pouch; two highlighters, yellow or pink; two magic erasers and two dry erase markers; one pair PE shoes; five pocket folders; one pkg. loose-leaf paper; 12 glue sticks; three boxes Kleenex; four pink erasers; one canister of Clorox disinfecting wipes; one set headphones; 24 number two lead pencils to share; two notebooks. Clearly mark your child’s name on all supplies.


THIRD GRADE

FOURTH GRADE
