2021-22 VIT Elementary School Supply List

Please check with teachers periodically to update needed supplies. All supplies should be labeled with name in permanent marker.

KINDERGARTEN

Scissors (blunt tip), 2 boxes of 24 crayons, 1 pkg. of 8 markers, 1 dry erase marker, 20 pencils, 2 composition notebooks, 1 set of watercolor paints (Crayola or Prang), 3 plastic pocket folders, 2 boxes of 100 (or more) sandwich-type Ziploc-type plastic bags, 2 boxes of Kleenex, 2 containers of baby wipes, Clorox wipes, school supply box, tennis/gym-type shoes (if not worn daily).

FIRST GRADE

2 boxes of 24 crayons, 20 pencils, 1 bottle of Elmer’s glue, 6 glue sticks, 1 Elmer’s tape roller, scissors, 1 box Crayola basic markers, 2 school supply boxes (different color), 2 pink erasers (rectangle not pencil tip), markers, 1 composition notebook, 2 green 3-prong pocket folders, 2 blue 3-prong pocket folders, 4-pack fine point Expo dry erase markers, Clorox wipes, 1 container baby wipes, tennis/gym-type shoes for P.E. (if not worn daily)

SECOND GRADE

2-24 pack of Crayons, colored pencils, 2 packs of pencils, 1 large bottle of Elmer’s glue (no colored), 2 boxes of tissues, scissors, 4-pack fine point Expo dry erase markers, 2 school boxes for above supplies, 2 erasers, 3 glue sticks, 3 composition notebooks, 1 orange 3-prong pocket folder, 2 blue 3-prong pocket folders, 2 pack paper towels, tennis shoes for P.E. and recess (if not worn daily).

THIRD GRADE, FOURTH GRADE and FIFTH GRADE

1 pkg. loose-leaf paper, 2 packages of #2 pencils (Ticonderoga brand), pencil case (no bigger than 10x8), 3 large pink erasers, 2 red heavy-duty plastic folders, 1 folder for science (third grade only), 2 large boxes of Kleenex, 2 containers Clorox wipes, 2-pack paper towels, gym shoes.
